Cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@whatmanneeds.com 

As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order hasn´t been dispatched, we can cancel it and make the refund. If your order has already been despatched and you already notified your wish to cancel it, you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

Returns & Refunds.

We don't accept any returns because wrong size, model or colours were purchased. We don't accept any returns because the customer don't like the product. The products have a full description for that reason, and is the customer responsible for reading and see the pictures of the products before purchase any product on our shop. 

If we didn't dispatched your order, and only 24 hours after you placed the order, you can cancel your order, and we will refund to you.

To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund personalized items, special orders, or items worn on the body including perfume, or toiletries, except where the item is faulty or broken.

We don't acceptany returns of products in sale, promotions, liquidation, sold out, or limited editions.

Please note that for health and safety, we don't accept any return if the products have been opened or used. 

When we receive the parcel back to us, then we will make a refund and deduct the shipping cost that we paid if any. The refund will be done in 24 hours to the same payment used when you paid the order.

If you want to cancel your order partially, as soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, and if we didn't ship the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. This only applies if the order is canceled before despatch.
